Tender Details

The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works consisting in bringing the building from an open shell state to a state enabling the use of the facility in accordance with its intended purpose. Currently, the building is in an open shell state. The roof is covered formwork and the underlayment is secured. The scope of the task includes: 1) installation of counters and battens under the roof covering, 2) installation of roof covering with metal tiles, 3) installation of roof flashing and roof detail elements, 4) installation of communication elements roof, including chimney steps, 5) installation of window joinery for internal and external sills, 6) installation of external and internal doors, 7) installation of roof hatches, 8) installation of a system ceiling made of fire-resistant plasterboards on a frame system in some rooms, 9) construction of a modular suspended ceiling with dimensions of 60x60 cm, fire-retardant, in the sound and acoustic pressure absorption class, 10) construction of floors with thermal and moisture insulation, 11) construction of a floor of fire-resistant OSB boards in the unused attic, 12) execution of internal cement-lime plasters...
