The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: Construction of an office building with workshop facilities along with the necessary technical infrastructure and land development - Stage I, open shell. The subject of the order are construction works office building (administrative TBS Sp. z o. o. in Mawa) with workshop facilities with a built-up area of 627.49 m2, cubage of 3, 610.73 m3, no basement, number of above-ground floors - 2. This procedure concerns the first stage, i.e. the implementation of the raw open construction, including: Preparatory and earthworks, preparation of the construction site, geodetic marking out of the facility, excavation for foundations (office and garage part), preparation of bases for foundations (lean concrete).
