The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of an office building of the Forest District of Obez with parking lots and land development, as well as installations ensuring the possibility of using the facility in accordance with its intended purpose, as well as demolition of buildings and construction equipment on the plots marked with registration numbers 715/1, 715/6 and 715/7 of district no. 3 city ​​of obez. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to obtain, on behalf of the Ordering Party, a final decision on the occupancy permit.
