Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the construction of a Civil Defense and Civil Protection warehouse in the town of Krzeszów under the design and build system.2. The scope of the investment includes the development of design documentation along with some costs and technical specifications execution and acceptance of construction works and obtaining all necessary administrative decisions, water permits and arrangements enabling the implementation of the task in question, including obtaining acceptance of the notification of the intention to perform the works construction/construction permit, and then execution of construction works, in accordance with the prepared documentation, including reporting the commencement of construction works and reporting the completion of construction works and obtaining an occupancy permit, if necessary.3. The contractor is obliged to set up an information board in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 7, 2021 on determining information activities undertaken by entities implementing tasks financed or co-financed from the state budget or from state earmarked funds.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 9, Functional and Utility Program
