Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details 1) The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works under the task titled: Construction of a nutrition laboratory at ZSCKR in Sejny, Stage II, including construction, finishing, sanitary and electrical works within the scope specified in the bill of quantities.2) The scope of the order includes in particular: a) facade and insulation works, b) plasters, reptiles, floors and carpets, c) electrical and telecommunications installations, d) internal sanitary installations, e) mechanical ventilation, f) PV installation, g) installations underground, h) gas installation, i) heat pump bottom source, k) monitoring, LAN, alarm3) The Ordering Party informs that the facade materials (styrofoam, pins and mesh) were purchased as part of the first stage of the investment and will be handed over to the Contractor by the Ordering Party.4) At the same time, the Ordering Party informs that some of the sanitary works were performed as part of the first stage of the investment and are not subject to valuation or implementation in these proceedings. The scope of works performed in stage I is determined by the attached dimensions of sanitary works performed in stage I.5) A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of its execution are specified in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
