Description : Invitation to Bid for “CONSTRUCTION OF NURSING BUILDING - PHASE 1” (REBID)
1) The Northwest Samar State University, through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Eight Million Eight Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Five Pesos Only (PhP28, 875, 635.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “CONSTRUCTION OF NURSING BUILDING - PHASE 1” (REBID). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Northwest Samar State University now invites bids for the first phase of the construction of the Five Storey Nursing Building. Completion of the Works is required One hundred fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
