1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: Construction of a nursery in the town of Sikrz in the design and build formula for 35 children, along with social, office and technical facilities as well as technical infrastructure enabling the operation of the facility. Subject of the order includes: Preparation of design documentation (construction design together with the necessary expertise, opinions, permits, arrangements and technical conditions) Obtaining a building permit or a certificate of no objection Preparation of executive designs and technical Execution of construction works Notification of completion of works Obtaining a valid occupancy permit The order covers all works and costs related to the preparation of the investment for implementation, including connection of technical networks, execution yards and access roads. Location: plot registration number 144/2, area 0032 Sikrz, Brudze Duy commune.
