Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Noodle Processing Facility
1) The Local Government Unit of Gabaldon, through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian -20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Noodle Processing Facility received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Gabaldon now invites bids for for Construction of Noodle Processing Facility. Completion of the Works is required 120 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
