The subject of the public contract is the implementation of a floating equipment, which will serve as a working helideck for landing helicopters of the HEMS (Helicopter Emergency Medical Service). The bank of the Vltava River in the locality Rašinovo nabřeži. The subject of the public contract will be implemented by the design & build method, where the supplier will propose a complete solution of the subject of the public contract (specified by the contracting authority) - ie part of the "design" and then realizes its proposed solution - part "build". The subject of performance is also to ensure the execution of the trial operation to the extent and under the conditions set out in the contract and ensure the issue of a positive occupancy permit decision.

Part of the subject of performance is also to ensure the discussion of the intention with the Institute of Planning and Development of the City of Prague (IPR) if it is requested by the contracting authority.
