Construction No. 45289 Reconstruction of Šolínova buildings, construction contractor a) The subject of the performance of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as "public contract") is the execution of construction works within the framework of "Construction No. 45289 Reconstruction of Šolínova buildings, construction contractor" (hereinafter referred to as "construction") in scope according to the project documentation at the level of documentation for the selection of the contractor (DVZ), with the title: "Reconstruction of buildings in Šolín" processed by Ing. architect Václav Škarda, IČO: 62642502, consisting in the reconstruction of three buildings of Eliška Purkyňová's Home for the Elderly in Šolínova Street in Prague 6. The original buildings will be rebuilt to meet the current needs of homes for the elderly. b) processing of the documentation of the actually completed work (construction), including the geodetic survey, in digital form according to the rules of the Institute of Planning and development of the capital city of Prague, in triplicate (3x printed version + 3x CD), in accordance with the specific requirements arising from the BIM method (Building Information Model) according to Annex No. 7 of the Draft Contract; c) provision of all necessary tests to prove faultless quality of the work and surveys according to the ČSN (or other standards related to the work performed, including the acquisition of protocols) and all tests required by the project documentation, provision of certificates and documents on the required properties of the products for approval (also according to the law No. 22/1997 Coll. - declaration of conformity); d) performing cleaning work both during construction and after its completion, namely all areas affected by the construction.
