a) The subject of the performance of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "public contract") is the execution of construction works within the framework of "Construction No. 45289 Reconstruction of Šolínova buildings, construction contractor" (hereinafter referred to as "construction") to the extent of the project documentation at the level of documentation for selection of the contractor (DVZ), with the title: "Reconstruction of Šolínov buildings" prepared by Ing. architect Václav Škarda, IČO: 62642502, consisting in the reconstruction of three buildings of the Eliška Purkyňová Home for the Elderly in Šolínova Street in Prague 6. The original buildings will be rebuilt so that they correspond to today's needs of homes for the elderly. b) processing of the documentation of the actually completed work (construction), including the geodetic survey, in digital form according to the rules of the Institute of Planning and Development of the Capital City of Prague, in triplicate (3x printed version + 3x CD), in accordance with the specific requirements resulting from the BIM method (Building Information Model) according to Annex No. 7 of the Draft Contract; c) provision of all necessary tests to prove the flawless quality of the work and surveys according to ČSN (or other standards relating to the performed work, including the acquisition of protocols) and all tests required by the project documentation, provision of certificates and documents on the required properties of the products for approval (also according to Act No. 22/1997 Coll. - declaration of conformity); d) execution cleaning work both during construction and after its completion, namely all areas affected by the construction.
