The procedure is a relaunch of procedure 2023DP09 relating to the same object declared without further action. This operation concerns the reconstruction of the Mesnil-Saint-Père wastewater treatment plant. The load to be treated on this treatment plant is very dependent on tourist activity. Between winter and summer, the gross load of organic pollution can vary from 640 PE to 2, 500 PE, with loads varying greatly from one day to another in the intermediate period. To respond to this specificity, and link with the imposed rejection objectives, the treatment sector envisaged is of the SBR type ("Sequencing Batch Reactor"). The sludge sector should make it possible to obtain pasty sludge in order to be stored in skips. During the works, the continuity of treatment of the installation must be taken into account.
