Tenders are invited for Construction of a New Three-Story Building that will Contain Twenty-Two (22) Classrooms, Multi-Purpose Facilities and Administrative Accommodations.

2. External Works Comprising of Pavement and Parking Area, Site Drainage, Perimeter Fencing, Road Repairs and Wastewater Treatment Facilities.

Bid documents will be available for first inspection at the first address below, from October 23, 2023, A complete set of Bidding documents can be made available by request. Requests may be made by personal application or in writing at Ctosec@moiid.gov.gd. Written applications must be clearly marked: “Request for Bid Documents for the “Bid for the Construction of the St. Andrews Anglican Primary School”, Project”. The documents will be promptly dispatched via e-mail as soon as the request is made.

The electronic Bidding submission procedures shall be: submission in PDF format and password protected. The Subject” field of the email must read: “Bid for the Construction of the St. Andrews Anglican Primary School”, must be received at the second address below not later than 2:00 p.m. Grenada time on December 15, 2023. Bids will be opened publicly immediately after the deadline for submission of bids, in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the first address below. Qualification information only must be submitted simultaneously to the third address below.

Each bid must be accompanied by “Bid-Securing Declaration, ”. Late bids will be rejected.

The Ministry of Education, Youth, Sport & reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the process and reject all bids, at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected prospective bidder(s) or any obligation to inform the affected prospective bidder(s) of the grounds for The Ministry of Education, Youth, Sport & GOG will not defray any costs incurred by any bidder in the preparation of bids.
