Tender Details

- Purpose (see art 2-1 of the Call for Application Regulations) This public call for competition is organized by the City of Le Havre with a view to selecting candidates admitted to submit an offer during the consultation relating to lot no. 2 Structure concrete and brick facings for the construction project of the new school group located on rue Ferrer, a school group of 11 classes in the southern districts. The lot will have the mission of carrying out: - Earthworks, Foundations, Structural work cis Installation of construction site - Structure, framework, wooden frame facades, wooden cladding - Brick facade cladding - Award procedure (see art 2-2 of the Call for Application Regulations) The consultation is launched in procedure with negotiation. In fact, the market can be awarded without prior negotiation due to particular circumstances linked to its nature, its technical complexity: implementation of non-common techniques and use of reused materials. - Presentation of the project (see art 2-4 of Rules for calls for applications) The project is described in the presentation note annexed to this RAPC
