Construction of a building, public and social purposes (elementary school institution), 2nd groups - elementary school with a two -piece school hall (III elementary school Virovitica) with a sunny photovoltaic power plant predominantly for its own needs

existing building plot 1371/6 k.o. Petrovac (Virovitica, Vlaha Bukovac BB).The purpose of the investor in question, the City of Virovitica from Virovitica is an educational character. The building of the new elementary school is planned to introduce work in one shift and a full -day stay of students at the school, and the achievements of contemporary conditions in accordance with the state pedagogical standard andNormatives Sizing of primary school space in the Republic of Croatia (2022). The school is designed in such a way as to ensure accessibility to people with disabilities and reduced mobility. Amendment to the main project is envisaged that one-way class will be held in the School in questionfor 480 students (24 classes of 20 students each, 12 classrooms and 12 departments in question). The two-piece hall is designed to be available to all users of the educational complex, more specifically elementary school students and students of higher school in the immediate vicinity for part of the teachingprograms related to physical and health culture. The school is designed in such a way that provides accessibility to people with disabilities and reduced mobility all according to the Regulations on the insurance of accessibility of buildings to persons with disabilities and reduced mobility (OG 78/13).
