The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the renovation of the road surface in the town of Woniakw, located on the property marked with registration number 135, Woniakw district, commune. Kutno. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the order is: 1) Design documentation, Annex No. 1A to the SWZ;2) Description of the subject of the order, Annex No. 1B to the SWZ;3) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (STWOR / SST), Annex No. 1C to the SWZ;4) Bill of quantities, Annex No. 1D to the SWZ; (Note: due to the flat-rate nature of the remuneration The Ordering Party provides the bill of quantities as an informational and informative material.
