Construction of the Client's new ground floor + two-story research building based on a general construction contract Construction of a new research building The subject of the procurement is the construction of a new research building based on a business contract, as follows: KOKI the current 10-story tower building is 50 years old, and no comprehensive renovations have been carried out during the period of operation. There were partial renovations and transformations, which tried to serve the constantly emerging new research needs. Seven years ago the part of the building's ground floor around the main entrance was renovated. The other existing unit is the "pie" building containing the OGR (animal house) laboratories, which was established 12-14 years ago. Because the full-scale interior renovation of the tower building is not feasible with the continuous operation of the Institute, the contracting authority decided to build a ground floor + two-story new research building that meets today's expectations. The new building should complement the functions of the existing tower as well as directly must be connected to the OGR (zoo) building.
