The market concerns the (partial) design, the realization and maintenance (design & build) of a new hub rail (for the production of rails of different lengths) located in Plant Schaerbeek production in Haren.
It mainly includes:
- the studies necessary to meet the need for project (part of the design having already been studied by the contractor);
- the supply and installation of industrial equipment for cutting, welding, treatment and handling of rails;
- demolition and removal of old installations;
- the construction of an industrial building;
- The design, supply, installation, programming, configuration, integration, tests and commissioning of automation systems for production lines;
- The development of rails storage areas;
- the development of a new waste park;
- Food work electric, lighting, fire safety, earthworks, civil engineering, development of services, evacuation of materials and soil materials, ... necessary for the realization of the project;
- Omnium maintenance during the 2 -year warranty period in the industrial building after provisional reception;
- Omnium maintenance during the 2 -year warranty period of industrial equipment and the automation system after provisional reception.
