1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the TRANSFERS FROM NGAs intends to apply the sum of TWENTY MILLION PESOS ONLY (PHP 20, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF NEW PUBLIC MARKET IN PAGSANGHAN, SAMAR - Project ID No.: APR24-2025-108. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF NEW PUBLIC MARKET IN PAGSANGHAN, SAMAR. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
