The subject of this purchase is the works on the construction of the New Port of Korčula - Port of Polačište on the island of Korčula, which were not completed after the termination of the contract with the previously contracted contractor.
Planned works include: marine structures, land development and external infrastructure, works on the passenger building terminal and port terminal facilities.

Contract with the selected contractor Community of bidders Aqua Mont Service d.o.o., Obrenovački drum 27a, 11030 Belgrade, Serbia, OIB:PIB105238979 and Aqua Mont Service d.o.o. for services, Gundulićeva 22, 21000 Split, Croatia, OIB: 98862970595 was signed on 11.05.2022. The termination agreement entered into force on March 12, 2025. The contracted community of bidders performed part of the contracted works, on which records were kept in accordance with the rules of the profession. By the time the contract was terminated, the Association of Bidders had completed approximately 43% of the works.
