The subject of the order is the preparation of Design Documentation along with author's supervision and implementation on the basis of prepared documentation of construction works for the Construction of a new Łodź Neuropsychiatry Center project. Detailed description of the subject of the order, description of the Ordering Party's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance are determined by the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) (Annex 1 to the SWZ), the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) (Annex 2 to the SWZ), BIM Requirements included in Annex 1 to the SWZ, other annexes to the SWZ indicated as describing the subject of the order. Category of building object - ŁCN building - category XI. Gross volume 150, 000 m3, area 23, 125 + 5, 500 m2. Area of ​​the investment area - plot no. 51/98, 51/105, district B-37 - 4.0582 ha. II.WARRANTY: 1. Basic, minimum required quality warranty period for the entire subject of the order, including construction works, deliveries, installed devices, equipment and design documentation in the scope of defects in this documentation revealed during the warranty period, is 60 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of the entire subject of the order, subject to the provisions of the PPU. Extension of the warranty period beyond the minimum period specified in point 1, in relation to the elements indicated below, is the offer evaluation criterion specified in point IX of the SWZ.
