Description : Invitation to Bid for 2026-mdf-007 Construction of the New Municipal Town Plaza
1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BUCAY, through the 2026 20% Municipal Development Fund (MDF) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Three Million Two Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Two Pesos and 80/100 (Php.23, 258, 532.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026-mdf-007 Construction of the New Municipal Town Plaza, South Pob., Bucay, Abra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BUCAY now invites bids for the above mentioned project. Completion of the Works is required 90CD. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. B...
