1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works related to the construction of cloakroom and sanitary facilities at the Orlik pitch in Plewiska based on a set of typical containers with installations and technical devices as well as accompanying infrastructure at ul. Szkolna 132 in Plewiska, registration number 1223/1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the design documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works (STWIOR), constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract, and in the illustrative bill of quantities, constituting Annex No. 2 to the agreement.3. The facility will be constructed in the location of an existing facility with exactly the same function, parameters and dimensions. The new facility will replace the existing building and will be partially constructed existing foundations without changing the building area and key metric parameters of the existing building.4.
