1. The Local Government Unit of Talusan Zamboanga Sibugay, through the LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FUND-GROWTH EQUITY FUND 2026 GAA intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand One Sixty-Seven Pesos & 89/100 (Php 3, 900, 167.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF NEW LEVEL III WATER SYSTEM WITH SOLAR AND GRID ENERGY CONNECTION /TUB-06-01-INFRA-B-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Talusan, Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twelve Calendar Days (112 CDs).
