Tender Details

Prequalification phase described in Chapter 5 of the SWZ. The prequalification phase is the initial stage of the Tender Procedure, preceding the submission of Offers. Its purpose is to initially verify that Contractors meet the conditions for participation in terms of their economic situation and financial as well as ensuring the protection of the Ordering Party's confidential information related to the implementation of the Order. The subject of this Order is implemented for ResInvest Energy Chorzów S.A. and includes all work related to the design, delivery, construction, installation, equipment, commissioning and testing of a complete peak load generating unit ("SJW Chorzów") with a gross electrical power of 45 MWe and a total net thermal power of at least 8, 769 MWt. Under SJW Chorzów developed will be power generators (hereinafter: "AP") and cogeneration units (hereinafter: "AK"), constituting a group of power generators and cogeneration units (hereinafter: "AK3 Group") delivered at the request of the Ordering Party by generator suppliers ("Subject Orders”).Contractors interested in participating in the Tender Procedure submit the following documents during the pre-qualification phase ("Pre-Qualification Documents"):• a confidentiality agreement ("NDA") signed by the Contractor, the template of which is Annex No. I.1.8. to the SWZ; • a declaration on the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in terms of economic and financial situation specified in point 10.3 of the SWZ and on the lack or existence of competitiveness towards the Ordering Party ("Declaration...
