Construction of a new facility for the District Police Headquarters in Koło 1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the construction of the building of the District Police Headquarters in Koło located at ul. Cegielniana. 2. Scope of works of the basic order includes: 2.1) construction of an administration and office building: 2.1.1) with a usable area of approx. 4, 800 m2, 2.1.2) number of floors: 4, including 1 underground, 2.1.3) where a 4-station ball shooting range is located, with a shooting axis of 25 m, 2.1.4) equipped with: 2.1.4.1) installations: water, sewage, central heating, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, video intercom, radio and television, 2.1.4.2) building security systems: access control (SKD), burglary detection and attack (SSWiN), fire alarm (SSP), video monitoring (CCTV), 2.1.4.3) structural network, 2.1.4.4) reserve and guaranteed power supply system, 2.2) land development on an area of approx. 8, 500 m2.
