Tender Details

The subject of the order is the comprehensive design and construction of a new groundwater intake for the Łódź Remand Center in the design and build formula. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the Functional and Utility Program (FFU), which constitutes Appendix No. 12 to SWZ. All requirements specified in the procedure documents are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the order pursuant to art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
