The subject of the order is the preparation of Design Documentation along with author's supervision and implementation on the basis of prepared documentation of construction works for the Construction of a new project Lodz Neuropsychiatry Center. A detailed description of the subject of the order, a description of the Employer's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance are specified in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) (Appendix 1 to the SWZ), the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) (Appendix 2 to the SWZ), Requirements BIM included in appendix 1 to the SWZ, other annexes to the SWZ indicated as describing the subject of the order.
