CONSTRUCTION OF NEW CEMETERY (APARTMENT TOMB) PHASE III
1. The Municipality of Talakag, through the 20% LDF, CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos & 45/100 Centavos (P7, 778, 876.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of New Cemetery (Apartment Tomb) Phase III / ITB-26-02210. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Talakag now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 207 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
