1)The Province of Zambales, through the General Fund Omnibus Term Facility (OTLF) by the Land Bank of the Philippines C.Y. 2023, SB No. 1 (continuing appropriation) intends to apply the sum of Ninety Three Million Twenty-Five Thousand One Hundred Eighteen and 05/100 Pesos (Php 93, 025, 118.05) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of New Capitol Building (Remaining Uncompleted Works from the Terminated Contract)/Infra 19-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Province of Zambales now invites bids for the Construction of New Capitol Building (Remaining Uncompleted Works from the Terminated Contract)/Infra 19-2026.
