CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BUTUAN CITY ANIMAL POUND CENTER
1) The City Government of Butuan, through the Office of the City Mayor-s-Special Purpose Appropriations-Provision for Construction in Progress-Buildings and Other Structures under City Ordinance No. 6772-2022 (Continuing Appropriations) intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 9, 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of New Butuan City Animal Pound Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Butuan now invites bids for the project entitled Construction of New Butuan City Animal Pound Center. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Seventy (270) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
