1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the 2026 GENERAL FUND - PROPER intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BUILDING OF THE BARANGAY MULTI - PURPOSE HALL, BARANGAY SAN ROQUE, CATBALOGAN CITY, SAMAR - Project ID No.: APR29-2026-122. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
