Construction of a new aqua center in Český Krumlov - Design&Build The subject of this public contract is: 1. execution of design and engineering activities consisting in/in: 1.1 development of project documentation at the construction permit stage 1.2 ensuring release valid construction permit, including the incorporation of the conditions of the decision received into the documentation, attached to the application for the issuance of a construction permit; discussion of the administrative procedure for the application for the issuance of a construction permit and further ensuring the issuance and acquisition of legal force of the permit buildings 1.3 development of project documentation at the construction stage and an inventory of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements 1.4 performance of the function of "Coordinator of safety and health protection at work" in the construction preparation phase, including the relevant processing documentation, i.e. development of a safety and health protection plan at work 1.5 preparation of an awarded list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements 1.6 development of a geodetic survey of the area in question for the future construction site and its surroundings 1.7 preparation of the geodetic part of the documentation of the actual execution of the construction (documentation of the construction passport) or the geodetic basis for the management of the Digital Technical Map of the South Bohemian Region 1.8 ensuring all necessary engineering activities and surveys incl. provision of a radon survey and determination of the radon index of the land 1.9 preparing an energy assessment according to the "Energy Management Act" 1.10 drawing up a certificate of the building's energy efficiency according to the "Act on the Economic...
