1) The Local Government Unit of Dagohoy, Bohol, through the 20% Development Fund as LGU Dagohoy-s Counterparts Fund in the amount of Seven Hundred Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Seven Pesos and 12/100 (P 717, 807.12) and from Early Childhood Care and Development Council in the amount of Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 2, 900, 000.00) intends to apply the total sum of Three Million Six Hundred Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Seven Pesos and 12/100 Only (Php 3, 617, 807.12) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of National Child Development Center Phase I / 2026-079. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
