Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of City Police Station Building “Type CPS”

The PNP-PRO7 through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through the GAA FY 2024 intends to invite prospective bidders for the Construction of Naga CPS Building, "Type CPS" CPPO.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1. The PNP-PRO7 through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 270 calendar days for MPS and 320 calendar days for CPS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
