1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF JORDAN through the GENERAL FUND OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JORDAN (Reprogrammed 20% Development Fund 2022 Continuing Appropriation) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 1, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the project CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL SLAUGHTERHOUSE DEEPWELL (WATER SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT PROJECT)
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Jordan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of work is required within Fifteen Calendar Days (15) from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
