Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the execution of works consisting in the construction of the municipal road ul. The Knights' Goods in Widwin, stage II. 2. The detailed scope of works is specified in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The scope of this procedure includes the construction of the road at kilometers 0+540 to 0+950. NOTE: The Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with the stone necessary to strengthen the slope with paving, in accordance with Fig. 1.2 of the design documentation. In addition, the Contractor will be obliged to cut down two conflicting trees (oak and willow). After cutting the wood obtained from the removed trees will become the property of the Contractor. After completing the investment, the Ordering Party will issue an invoice to the Contractor for the harvested wood for the amount determined in accordance with the grading estimate, constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
