Creation of a dynamic procurement system for the construction of municipally owned and maintained real estate. Construction of municipal properties (DBR) Budapest Capital XIII. Institutions and service facilities owned by the District Self-Government, the construction of residential buildings, especially the creation of a dynamic procurement system in order to carry out renovation, expansion, demolition, and energy modernization construction activities. Planned construction activities: - in 2024 - Renovation and energy modernization of Ákombákom Kindergarten / Minimanó Kindergarten (building floor area 2, 535 m2), Care Center renovation (building floor area 990 m2), Corner Hotel renovation and energy modernization (building floor area 3, 043 m2), Energetic modernization of the Mayor's Office (building floor area 10, 329 m2), energetic modernization of Petypang Tagóvoda (building floor area 1, 307 m2); - in 2025 - complete interior renovation of Angyalkert Tagóvoda (building floor area 1, 065 m2), Complete renovation and landscaping of Várázliget Tagóvoda (building floor area 1, 831 m2), complete renovation of Csipet-Csapat Nursery School (foundation strengthening), remodeling of the kitchen, playground renovation (building floor area 2, 035 m2).
