Construction of municipal real estate (DBR)

Budapest Capital XIII. Construction of institutions, service facilities and residential buildings owned by the District Self-Government, includingcreation of a dynamic procurement system, especially in order to carry out renovation, expansion, demolition and energy modernization construction activities.

Planned construction activities:

- in 2024 - Renovation and energy modernization of Akombakom Kindergarten / Minimano Kindergarten (buildingfloor area 2, 535 m2), renovation of the Care Center (building floor area 990 m2), renovation and energy modernization of the Corner Hotel (building floor area 3, 043 m2), energy modernization of the Mayor's Office (building floor area 10, 329 m2), energetic modernization of the Petypang Kindergarten (buildingt floor area 1, 307 m2);

- in 2025 - Complete interior renovation of Angyalkert Tagovoda (building floor area 1, 065 m2), complete renovation and landscaping of Varazliget Tagovoda (building floor area 1, 831 m2), complete renovation of Csipet-Csapat Nursery School (foundation strengthening), transformation of the kitchen area, play areacourtyard renovation (building floor area 2, 035 m2). On the basis of § 107, paragraph (2), it states that the magnitude of the planned purchases is represented by the above quantities, which apply to the years 2024 and 2025.
