1. The Local Government Unit of Carmen, through Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PIN CarAdn (I)-042026-031 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Carmen now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required 130 CALENDAR DAYS.
