Description : 1) The Municipality of San Antonio, Zambales, through the SB Resolution No. 25-054C intends to apply the sum of Five Million Seven Hundred Ninety-two Thousand Fifty-five Pesos and 44/100 (₱5, 792, 055.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Operation Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Antonio, Zambales now invites bids for Construction of Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Operation Center. Completion of the Works is required eighty (80) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
