The subject of the order is the construction of a complex of multi-family residential buildings A, B, C, D, E, F with five above-ground floors with a multi-car garage on the ground floor of buildings E, F and a community center on the ground floor of building A, along with development area at ul. Nadrzeczna in Kamienna Góra, on plots according to land records no. 250, 252, 253, 254 and 255, district 0003 of the city of Kamienna Góra. Construction of municipal buildings at ul. Nadrzeczna in Kamienna Góra 1.Contract award procedure public tender is conducted in the form of an open tender referred to in Art. 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act". 2. The Ordering Party provides for: pursuant to art. 139 section 1 of the Act, the order of evaluation of offers is reversed (reverse procedure). 2.1. First, the Ordering Party will examine and evaluate the offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in regarding the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 2.2. Due to the use of this procedure, the Ordering Party does not require submitting with the offer the declaration referred to in Chapter XI point 2 of the SWZ. The ordering party will demand submitting this declaration only from the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest. 2.3. If there are grounds for exclusion against the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest, this Contractor does not meet the conditions...
