The MUNICIPALITY OF ESPERANZA, SULTAN KUDARAT, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIVE PESOS(Php5, 760, 505.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Municipal Boundary Marker at Brgy Ala, Esperanza and GEPS NO. 2026-035. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The MUNICIPALITY OF ESPERANZA, SULTAN KUDARAT now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is within 236 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
