Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years.(b) The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the successful completion of Repair/Roof Repair works of minimum BDT 12.00 (Twelve point Zero) Lac in a single contract within the last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of BDT 10.00 (Ten point Zero) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 9.00 (Nine Point Zero) Lac in the form PW2a-3 (Failing to submit in form PW2a-3 will make the tenderer non-responsive).(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 13.00 (Thirteen Point Zero) Lac To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of ongoing works under any public sector and existing commitments must be mentioned.(f) Tenderers must submit Up-to-date trade license, valid VAT Registration certificate, Up-to-date Tax certificate
