Construction of Multipurpose Hall at Brgy. Tibag, Tarlac City, Tarlac
1) The City Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos Only (PHP 7, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multipurpose Hall at Brgy. Tibag, Tarlac City, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Tarlac now invites bids for Construction Projects. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.br...
