1. The Municipality of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, through RA 7171 MAO 2026-13-04-03 to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos and 15/100 (Php 2, 893, 773.15). Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multipurpose Covered Place for Tobacco Farmers at Barangay 13 San Pedro, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Construction of Multipurpose Covered Place for Tobacco Farmers at Barangay 13 San Pedro, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte. Completion of the Work is ninety-four (94) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a SLCC similar to the Contract to be bid.
