(Project Title)
1. The Municipality of General Nakar, through the Approved AIP Reference Code: 3000-400-3-1-022-4-1 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of General Nakar, now invites bids for the Construction of Multipurpose Building (EVACUATION CENTER) Phase II. Completion of the Works is required 63 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within (63 days) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
