Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of MultiPurpose Building
1) The Barangay Sabang, Lipa City -LGU through the 20% Development Fund of Barangay Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Nine Thousand Pesos (Php990, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contruction of Multi Purpose Building at Molawin St Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Sabang, Lipa City - LGU now invites bids for Construction Of Mulitpurpose Building at Molawin Street. Completion of the Works is required within 60 calendar days Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
