The purpose of the contract is the execution of works relating to the construction of a multipurpose building (CPV 45210000-6). The works include: • site preparation and setup (facilities, fences, access, temporary connections, sanitary facilities, safety, coordination, meetings, etc.); • earthworks and foundations, including excavations, backfilling and protective measures; • installation of prefabricated modules; • structural works, roofing, insulation, joinery, electricity, sanitary facilities, interior finishes and external landscaping. This project is part of the NRRP - National Recovery and Resilience Plan with the reference PNRR - RACYNES_252b_PNRR_AS_2021_2026_LG02. At this stage, the modules have already been installed and four lots remain to be completed.
