Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the design and construction of a P&R parking lot on plot no. 332/7, marked in the local development plan as area 1KK, and plot no. 392/1, marked in the local spatial development plan as area 29KDW, in the town of Mikinia.2. The task will be implemented in the design formula and build. The investment task includes: 1) development of complete design documentation necessary for the implementation of the investment that is the subject of the order, along with all arrangements, decisions and opinions; 2) implementation on the basis of the developed documentation of construction works, including author's supervision;3) carrying out acceptance procedures in order to obtain an occupancy permit or an equivalent document.3. Additional requirements of the Ordering Party: 1) The Contractor undertakes to implement procurement in accordance with the principle of non-severe damages (DNSH), within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 on establishing a framework to facilitate sustainable investment, amending Regulation (EU) 2019/2088;2) The contractor will be obliged to prepare an audit with the participation of people with disabilities (a group representing various types of disabilities...
